  • Jimmy Graham, the former tight end for the New Orleans Saints has been traded to the Seattle Seahawks for their Center, Max Unger, and their first round pick in 2015. This is good news for the Bucs. Graham has been a deadly target for the division rival Saints and frequently mismatched against the Buccaneer linebackers.
  • Trent Cole, the ex Eagles Linebacker, who had come to the Buccaneers last week for talks, has signed instead with the Indianapolis Colts for a two year deal for $16 million with $8 million guaranteed.
  • Bucs released tackle Anthony Collins. Releasing Collins will avoid the Bucs having to pay his $3 million salary but he will still receive $3 million of guaranteed money. That $3 million will count towards the 2015 salary cap.
  • Cornerback Leonard Johnson, running back Bobby Rainey, and safety Major Wright were also resigned. Johnson and Rainey were both signed to a one year contract while Wright was given a two year deal
